Home Again

May 5, 2010

Okay, so my two weeks of solitude turned into more like three and a half. But I was distracted by sand, the sound of the ocean, the stack of books demanding to be read and the iPod in my ears. Can you blame me???

P.S. It’s good to be back in the groove. I missed you! So, what’s new with you?

Okay, so I somehow missed where you were going in the first place but it sounds like it was wonderful. Glad you're back. I missed your posts

We went on a little family vacation for a week. Then I came home for one day before heading to GA for two separate work/ministry events. Another week of travel. I finally got home on Saturday and have been trying to crawl out every since!

We've gotten a lot snow in my neck of the woods. You'd think it was winter. Welcome back.

I know! Isn't it crazy? Yesterday I about froze to death. We never got any snow down here, though.

You won't find an OUNCE of blame here!! I'm glad for you to have found a break. 🙂

What's new with me? Well… Just started sharing our struggle with Infertility on my blog… But don't feel obligated to come read. I know you have a lot to catch up on! Just answering your question.

Ha! Good to know. The break was wonderful and overdue. I need to do that more often. As for daring to discuss infertility on your blog, GOOD FOR YOU. There are so many people who need to know they're not alone. Thank you for being fully present with them in their struggle by sharing your own. I'll be following along closely!

Thank you for the encouragement. One of my main motivations is to get it out there for myself. But, a secondary (and much stronger motivation) is because it needs to be discussed. No one wants to talk about it. For good reason. But I'm pushing past those reasons and sharing our experiences.
