This week is a travel week for me–a big one. I’ll log a total of 5 flights and a few thousand miles by the time I return home late next Sunday. But it’s all for a worthy cause–several of them.
Monday I’m headed to Atlanta for our first Dynamic Communicators Workshop of 2011. I’ll be joining 50+ men and women who have committed four days to becoming better communicators. They’re determined, passionate, ready to conquer their fear and expand their influence. I can’t wait to spend some time with them!
Want to see what DCW is all about? Keep up with students and staff on Twitter by following DCW at @DCWSpeaks. Feel a part of the action by following the hashtag #DCW11. Watch videos, check out pictures and catch the enthusiasm on Ken Davis’ Facebook page. And participate in DCW through the eyes of a student by subscribing to the DCW blog. Join the conversation!
I will be M/C’ing the event, leading a session on writing as well as coaching a group of students from around the United States. Free time? What free time? It’s a good thing I LOVE WHAT I DO. It’s going to be a fabulous week. Can’t wait to see what God has in store!
As for the rest of my travels, you’ll just have to come back later this week for a scoop. I like to travel with company. 🙂
What great opportunities! I will keep you in my prayers, dear sister!!!
Thanks, Marla. Your encouragement and prayers are a gift!
